20 Weeks at last !

23th Oct Wed, Windy

I'm 20 weeks today! Finally, the halfway mark. I went for check up today for my Sun scare. Everything is fine now. A/P Mary says I better contiune with my injections. So I have to go down to Raffles on Fri for one injection and another one on the 31st along with my detail scan. I will be taking the package on the 31st, $870 !! Wow ! I'm also wondering should I go for 1 bed or 4 bed? According to MOH website for:

Normal delivery
Ward A is $5080, Ward B $3433, Ward B2 $1628.

C-section ( don't have 2 bedder)
Ward A is $7218, Ward B2 $2021

So far, it's safer for me to undergo C-Section due to my low lying placenta. But it's slowly moving upwards, so I might have hope for a natural delivery. But can I tahan staying for 2 days in the same room with 3 other people ?? I'm a pretty private person. But the cost is so much difference ! Sighz.. How how?? Any Sponsors? He he..

Contractions!!

21st Dec Sun, HOT ! 4pm

I woke up at 5 plus am today with really bad tummyache. At first, I thought it was just a normal tummyache and went to the toilet but nothing happen. I tried to sleep but the pain was too much. Then I realise It's not my tummy but my womb! I forgot my whole antomy has changed ( was really sleepy). Now the lower tummy area is replaced by my womb. I realise I had cramps then comes and go frequently also which I think is contractions. It really painful. I woke Shawn up and he suggest I admit into ER. I decided to wait to see if it will stop on its own. But at 8am, I decided to go to KK since they are speclist and it's cheaper than re-calling my Doctor. Shawn called his boss to take urgent leave. His manager approve, but he's not happy about it. Sighz.

Waited about half an hour at KK. The doctor checked. The cervic is still close, Nigel is Okay. I didn't get to see Nigel since the doctor turn the whole screen to herself but Shawn managed to see him. Doctor suggest I stay at hospital for observation. I can either choose to stay at KK or at NUH. Nuh will be better since A/P Mary is there. So went to NUH. Another Doctor checked me. She called A/P Mary. I had my 12th injection. A/P Mary says I can go home but if I'm in pain, I can stay in. The pain has went down and there is nothing much they can do at this point except to wait and see what happens so I decided to go home but have to return if get worst or have bleeding or fluid leakage. The clinic will call me again tomorrow. Got a 7 day mc but have to strictly stay in bed. So far now I'm okay but the cramps is still there but not so painful just uncomfortable. But my pain tolerance level is pretty high so have to be careful.

Poor little Nigel was awake thru the whole thing since 6am. He kept kicking and punching me to reassure me he's alright. He was awake till about 1pm then he finally slept. He's a really good boy. He face Shawn today during the ultrasound. Nigel has Shawn's face shape, big ears and might have deep eyes like my mum. Sounds like a really handsome boy!

Little Nigel's Kicks

19 Dec Friday Nice and windy

I was on mc again yesterday. Down with flu. The skin of my nose is peeling off. I went back to work today. I still have pains but not as bad as the one on Tues. It's really hard to work when you are pregnant.

Back to little Nigel, the pain was also due to Little Nigel shifting. I realise after taking a nap on Tues. I felt my tummy was different. It's sharper, bigger and more oval. Shawn realise it the min he looked at my tummy.

Now Nigel's little head is on top. So the kicking are all at the bottom. I can feel him moving even more now. He mostly kicks during early noon, evenings and midnight. He love to kick me more than 3 times in a row. He also punch me a lot too. It's not painful yet, just feel funny. I love it! But when he stretch then it's painful. I'm also starting to get more breathless now. I eat a lot, I ate a foot long subway today and 2 small pack of chips during my breaktime today!

16th Dec Tues. Nice and Cloudy

Sighz.. Just got home from work. On MC again cos tummy pain AgAin. It's really painful. I wanted to just sit and cry. Poor Nigel knows I'm in pain and keep moving today. Went to a GP cos all the gynac only open at 6pm today. The GP says the pain is from my womb. She told me to place a hot towel over at my tummy adn gave me some painkillers. Wonder when will it all end! Ting is also at home cos of chest pains. Poor US !

11 Dec Thrus Rainy..

I went to the Doctor today with Shawn due to my cramps. I had cramps again yesterday and it's pretty painful. A/P Mary Rauff assure me that I'm okay but she ask me to be careful and rest well. If the cramps start to get more frequent, I'm to see her immediately.

Today, A/P Mary tried to scan to see if BB is a boy or girl. At first, it's seems pretty hard cos BB was notti and show us backside view again. But she tried again and BB was more co-operative after some coaxing. And BB's a boy ! It's pretty obvious, I saw the ****** even before A/P Mary point it out to me. Whether boy or girl to me and Shawn doesn't matter as long as BB is healthy. The happiest person will be my father in law with his traditional Chinese thinking. Shawn seem really happy. He's been smiling to himself whole day. Most people I met guess BB is a boy due to the sharp of my tummy which's pretty sharp, only my friend Mary thinks BB is a girl. One reason is cos the 2 of us really like to have girls cos can doll them up.. hehe..

Me and Shawn went to parkway to browse for some baby clothes. The boys clothes are really boring. But I saw some pretty cute ones that I'm thinking of getting for his full moon party.

We have already decided on the Christan name pretty long ago. For Chinese, will be up to BB's granddad. If BB was a girl, it will be Hedi Yang since my fave Chloe is taken by Mathew's daughter.. Sobs. Boy will be Nigel or Rainer or Mattheus, as agreed by me and shawn. For me, I prefer, Enzo or Jaden which Shawn didn't like. We like Nigel and Mattheus equally, Nigel is simple, easy to remember while Mattheus is very unique. So thinking of Nigel Mattheus Yang, double names. Any Suggestions from anyone???

Havings sharp pains again! Can't sleep ! Sobs... Just sms my Manager to let her know that I'm not going for the shop meeting at 845am. Sighz..

I did a postnatal Depression test at the clinic. I'm under depression. Score for depression is 13 and I score 14. The nurse ask if I need to speak to anyone. But I told her no need since I think the depression come from worrying about the baby, the pains, the cramps and work. So no point la. Unless I can quit my job and all the funny pains and cramps stop, I will still be depressed... Sighz.

09 Dec Tues Nice and windy..

I have been feeling really depress since I started work on Sun. I actually just sit and cry when I'm home a few times liao. I have to control myself at work or I will really start crying. BB is also very quiet. Not moving so much, so I'm pretty worried as well.

Tomolo I have to work full shift again. Sighz. Feeling really tired of work and serving those irritating customers. Sometimes really feeling like screaming at them. I'm also getting claustrophobic. I actually feel really cramp up in my car. I had to wind down the roof most of the time or I really feel like screaming. There is something seriously wrong with me.

I'm also having sharp pains here and there. Been standing and doing sales pretty much. I tried to sit as much as possible but it's really uncomfortable since I have to get off and on the chair pretty often. This morning I had cramps near the bottom of my tummy when I suddenly woke up at 7am. Shawn wanted to bring me to the Doctor but I decided to sleep for another 2 hours and see how lor. Luckily the cramp was gone when I woke up. Also, I didn't take anymore injections cos the Doctor's letter to Raffles medical centre only stated on the 1st and 4th. Suppose to call the hospital today to ask but I totally forgot.

On the little sunny side of things, my sis, Pam got me a belated birthday present. A Shiro MP4 player with speaker for BB to listen to. I went to Carrfour to get a Fan. Shawn decided to get a good one this time as our cheap fans keep breaking down. So gotten a KDK one that is good for people with allergy like me. Which I will use first, then when BB is born I would have to let BB have it...

04 Dec Thrus Raining Meow Meow and Woof Woof..

Injection again today. No 11. Sighz. Wonder how many more to go? My Butt is getting really holey. More or less use to the pain but I still get freak out while waiting for the jab. Imagine the nurse cleaning your butt with a nice cooling cotton swab, and deep in your heart, you know what's next.. the JAB! The anticipation of waiting for the jab between that is really horrible.

On the nice note, BB is pretty active today. After BB's Daddy tell him to kick Mummy, BB, as usual, listen to Daddy and keep kicking mummy today. I'm not complaining about BB's kicking, more about why BB listen to Daddy and not mummy. Sighz. Ting says maybe BB is a girl, cos Daddy's girl and mummy's boy ma. Ting's little prince listen to her more than Kun. Plus my water retention, girls tend to have more water retention than boys. I have problems removing my wedding ring with all the water retention. And my left little toe is swollen. Girl or Boy I have to wait till 17/12. A long time to wait!!

Injection Number 10

01 Dec Rain.. Rain

I went to Raffles women clinic @ compass point with Shawn to get my 10th Injection. It cost $45 for the injection. Not as bad as i thought. The nurse there is even better. A lot less painful. The nurse actually massage the area before she inject and it was pretty fast too. It's a lot less painful after that. I can walk without limping. Also better than driving all the way to NUH plus Shawn can't have the same off day with me all the time. Will be going for my 11th injection on Thurs.

BB love to hear his Daddy's voice. BB will start kicking when Daddy start talking. Sometimes Daddy call mummy when he's at work, BB will start to kick and get excited. When Daddy put his face on Mummy's tummy, BB will start kicking Daddy. So Cute! BB got odd cravings. 1st 3 months, BB love apples and I eat apples all the times till the day I started to puke when I eat apples. Now it's mango, especially mango puddings! Been having cravings all the time now. But I think BB is pretty sick of mango now. BB got bad habit of making me eat the same stuff all the time and nothing else till BB is totally sick of it. Sighz. Wonder what's next... Durians?

BB is also going to have a cousin of the same age! My cousin Rouyi is 12 weeks pregnant, due in June. Just one month apart. So CoOoOl! It's really fun to have cousins of the same age. My twin sis, Nicole and brother, Nicholas have 2 cousins of the same age, Debbie and Dee. They are pretty close and always go outing together when they were young. It's fun to grow up together. Especially now family size is pretty small not like the old times. Only 1 or 2 kids instead of 4 or more. Another of my cousin from my mum side, Kelvin is having his daughter in Jan 09. So she will be rat instead of cow. Rat girls are smart. His family is staying in Sengkang too.

Shawn's buddy, Mark came back from Australia. He will be going to China on Thrus to visit his GF's family and will be back for christmas. Shawn bought a Wii from him cos the set he got is not for use in Australia. I got Wii to play liao. Shawn got for me Raving rabbits 1. Some games are really hard to play!!

I went to the doctor again today. She assure me it's the ligaments that's causing my pain as it's stabbing pains not cramps. Due to my job nature with all the extra walking and standing, my ligaments is overstrain plus my womb is too tense. She advice more rest so gave me Hospitalization leave till 05/12. I had to take injections 2 times a week ! SobS. I will be checking with Raffles to see if i can get the injections there instead. NUH is too far. Got my 9th injection today and many more to go !!

25 Nov Wed Cloudy

On mc today again. Yesterday manage to fall asleep around 5 am. I woke up at 930 with sharp pains again. I tried calling the hospital but nurse and doctor is busy. Manage to get a call back at 12. The nurse said Doctor ask me to see her tomorrow if the pain is still there and if any bleeding to go to ER straight away. Really worried now. So far what i read online seems to suggest placenta abruption which means the placenta is dislocated from the womb. About 20% of cases has no bleeding at first. HOW HOW? I will be seeing the Doctor again tomorrow at 9.50am. Hope everything will be fine.

24/11 Monday Cloudy

I have been having sharp pains again since Sat evening. Really felt like crying at work on Sat. Took MC on Sun cos woke up with sharp pains again. Called Mary Rauff. She told me since no bleeding, don't worry and rest. Went to see her today. Turn out my womb too tense..Sobs. I have to take weekly injections. The injection today is really painful !! It's the 8th. I actually have tears rolling down my eyes. Now I'm still having the pains and it's getting worst. There is a bit of red spotting and i have to work 12 hours shift tomorrow. Really don't know what to do now. I really feel like crying again. I tried to lie down and it hurts even more. I have to sit up. How ?? Sighz. I'm really worried. BB is fine so far. Mary Rauff took BB's heartbeat today with a Doppler. It's between 156 to 158. While I was in pain, BB kicked me a few times.

I really feel like quitting my job for BB's sake. But money wise how? Don't want to keep taking money from Shawn's Dad. Also lost out on the maternity benefits, the 4 months leave and the company will actually be giving me $1200. Somemore hard to find a job later also with all the recession going on. Singtel is still doing pretty well so no worries about losing my job. But really wonder how long i can tahan. Everytime go back to work, new problems will occur. I though i was getting better so i started to serve customers. Who knows the customers on sat make me walk there and here so many times. Wan to see this and that and this and that. I actually served one guy for 1 hour and 20 mins !! I was walking to and fro like 10 times! I gave up sitting and was standing up cos tired of getting down and up the chair. Then the pain started in the evening around 6 plus. I tried to work and gave up around 7. Then I sat down in the pantry till 730 and went to the information counter after that. Now taking mc also pretty hard with manpower problems, if i take mc, my colleagues have to stay back or come back from their off day. Feel really bad. HOW HOW ??
Also getting really irritated with shawn. Keep playing CS !! And don't let me sleep ! I'm so tired and sleepy and in pain ! Really Angry with him !

I can't sleep at all! I have been trying to sleep since 3am but the pain is too much. It's worst when I lay down. I had to sit up. The pain is gone now but I'm wide awake!!

19 Oct Wed Rainy

Went to the Doctor's appt today. Mary Rauff is back. Good news is my placenta is not as low as before but still low. Bb is looking good. Can see the bones on the ultrasound. So cute. I can see the fingers and spine. So Cute ! Can't see whether girl or boy yet, Bb felt asleep and legs was crossed. Sighz, have to wait till next appt on the 17/12. Will also be doing my detail scan. I was having some cramps on the left side where i had the sharp pain previously. A bit worried. Was pretty painful.

I got a Doppler also. Pretty hard to get baby's heartbeat cos BB is still small plus he's moving around. It's really interesting to hear the Baby's heartbeat. At least I can hear Bb anytime I want now.

Mummy's Diet (What Little Nigel is Eating too..)

Everyday, I'm eating 2 prenatal vitamins, 1 calcium pill, 1 DHA, 2 folic acid, 1 cod liver oil, 2 goats' milk tablets and a table spoon of bird nest. Plus 3 hormone tablets too. Total: 12 pills !! Wow !!

was fun catching up with everyone. Poor Joo has plenty to worry about. She haven't found anyone to look after Steph and Joo will be all alone with her on Tues. Her in-laws didn't turn up for Steph's full moon too... long story. Sighz. Poor Joo.

Steph has grown to a pretty girl, so cute! She's a bit dark due to all the sun tanning.

I got my birthday present from the girls. It's so cute, a set of precious moments dolls. Love it. We got a eye massager and a massager pen for Bin.

11 Nov 08 Tues Rainy Day

Since I started work I have been having some sharp pains at the bottom of the tummy and near the left side of near the Belly Button. Also brown discharge been inceasing and with dried blood. Sobs. Bb also moving less. Very worried. Unfortunatly A/P Mary Rauff is on leave so went to Dr Hannah. She assure me Bb is okay and she exclamied when she saw Bb " Your baby is so big". Bb is pretty fat. Bb was sleeping at first and woke up after all the poking. Then started to bounce up and down. We can see Bb little eyes, they look small. Poor Bb look so cramp up also. Poor Bb. Sobs. I also had my 7th injection today. Painful !!

First day of work after a long break...

4th Oct Tuesday Sunny and yet rainy..

Went back to work after a long break. Got cramps still and my brown discharge increase. SobS. Working full shift tomolo, 12 hours at least. Sighz. Wonder can i make it thru.

Wanted to change my doctor appointment to next friday but was fully booked as usual. BB is very notti these few days. Always kicking and make me really sick and tummy full of wind. I had a bad scared on Sun. I had a bad headache and keep vomitting. Baby didn't kick. I was pretty scared. Luckily next day, baby started to kick again. Anyway to have one less worry i bought a Doppler online. I can hear the baby's heartbeat soon!! Guess will take about 1 month to arrive cos i use the cheapest shipping method.

I didn't met ting and bin last sat cos poor ting was down with flu. I can't go to my goddaughter's full moon celebration also cos there is singtel mega fair and manpower is really tight. Sighz. Sobs. Overall it's a pretty bad few days....

31st oct Friday Sunny

It's my 28th birthday ! Sighz. In my late twenties now. Pretty happy today Except that BB's dear Daddy didn't get me any birthday present!! I asked him abt it yesterday. He point to my tummy and says that's my birthday present !! Sobs. Luckily, this morning he got a bouquet of flowers for me. So I'm okay.

Went with Tommy and his gf, Jenny (whom share the same birthday) to Si Chuan Dou Hua rest at Plaza Park Royal. Great food and it's a buffet!! I had 4 servings of shark fins, big prawns, 2 fish and many others! And it's only $38 each plus somehow they gave us a 20% discount. I wonder why.. But as long there is discount i have no problem with it.

My family celebrated my birthday last week before my brother left for taiwan (army training) at a seafood rest.

Will be meeting my best buddies, bin, ting and their other half tomolo to celebrate mine and bin's birthday (7/11). Wonder what they got for me.. I love getting presents!! Joo is having her confinement so she can't met us.. SOBS

29 Oct Wed (Rain and Rain..)

Finally, Baby is 12 weeks!! BB is very active. Kicking and Boxing me. Poor BB looks very cramp up in the scan as BB keep stretching. Bb was very frustrated when Doctor was pressing the scanner on my tummy. BB keep pushing the womb and after a while look away and show me butts again. Angry little BB. Even Doctor commented that Bb is very active. I think i will have a hard time when Bb is bigger with all the kicking, boxing and stretching.

Was suppose to go back to work tomorrow but doctor advice me to rest more. So will only start work next month. Good thing also cos my birthday is on friday ! I'm a Halloween baby. I also did a blood test today. Have to draw out 3 Vials of blood!! I almost died! Luckily i don't have to take anymore injections. I'm also suppose to do the down syndrome test. But i decided not to as i feel tat even if Bb is high risk for Down Syn i would not abort so might as well not know and enjoy my pregnancy. I got enough to worry abt already. And today's bill is $405!! Wow !!

Poor Jooling. Eric parents decided not to look after her baby cos Eric sis insist on his mum looking after her son! Sighz. It's good and bad. Good cos Joo don't have to worry about his sis moving in. Bad cos poor little Stephanie have to go to nursery at a tender young age. Luckily my mum is looking after my little BB. She the one that insist I have a baby soon cos she wan a grandchild. So she happily voluntered to look after. I'm not comfortable with anyone else looking after my baby. My mum is sort of a professional babysister. She's been looking after babies for a long time. She has brought up more than 8 babies including myself and my silbings. She's currently looking after my neighbour 2 cute kids.

Went for my 6th injection today. It's suppose to be tomorrow but no one to fetch me so have to go today. A/P Mary Rauff changed my medicine, it's more expensive now. $53 per injection. Sobs.. It's more painful than previous injection. For Bb sake.. SiGhz.

LIttle Stephanie is Home!

22nd Oct Wed Rain

Little Stephanie is Finally Home. She currently still has jaundice. All the Best Joo !!

Went for my 6th injection today. Really painful today.. Another 3 to 4 more to go. Sighz.

Shawn was suppose to accompany me today but as usual his stuipd office ask him to go for some phone training last min from 1 to 6. DUH ! The Stuipd M1 always ask him to go for course on his off day and it's in the afternoon. So in a way you do not have any off day at all!! How is he going to accompany poor baby next time! Shawn only has 2 off day per week. His half day shift is always change to full day 90% of the time. And sometimes he even have to go back to work on his other off day! Poor Baby.. Think your Daddy better change his job soon. That's one BIG reason why i left m1 and join singtel. You will have no life in M1. You start work either at 1030 or 130 and end off like 12 mn! 12mn is considered early. I went home at 3am before a few times. And once poor shawn actually came home the next day at 7am cos have to set up some stuipd roadshow. My min OT in m1 is more than 30 hours per month! How are you going to spent time with your kids?

I lost my motorola V9 red on sun at work. SoBs. I totally cannot remember where i left the phone. I'm getting senile. Luckily my sis gave me her motorola E2 which is one of my fave models. But i have 400 contacts and cos the phone is not 3G, i have to add in the other 150 contacts one by one. Sighz.

Baby @ 11 weeks 20th Oct. Size: 4.26cm

Walk in for appointment today cos of bleeding again. Sighz. Found out that my baby is too low. Too close to my Cervice. That's why i have bleeding problems. Sobz. If the baby doesn't move up i might have bleeding on and off. And also will have to have C-section and baby will be premature. Sobz. Doctor also said i might get heavy bleeding during my 3th tri and have to have emergency C-section. Now i'm on 9 days mc. Going for detail scan on 29th.

On the bright side, My baby is very active. Baby was boxing and kicking and bouncing around. Baby's so cute. Doctor was scolding Bb, says Bb always kicking that's why mummy bleeding. Bb became angry and kick even more. So Naughty. Definitly will be a notti little Bb when Bb's born.

Actually felt my baby move yesterday, was moving alone. I was pretty scared. Though Bb might have seizure. Luckily after the scan today, i reliase Bb's just too active.

Got a call early in the morning from my boss Jordan asking my to go to work!! on my off day!! Horrors of all horrors. 2 staff on MC. Sighz. Somehow i was on MC standby even though i have a appointment for my 5th injection. Anyway, i went back to work at 2.15 but i'm too tired and having cramps so i end up doing Ops rejection and 1 hour of information counter. When i went toilet i realise i was bleeding i went home. There was a patch of brown discharge but the sides are redish. I have to work tomorrow i wonder how can i tahan. Sighz..

First Day of Work

16th Oct Thrus Sunny

Today is my 1st day of work after a 2 weeks MC/hospitalization. I got sharp pains at the side and cramps. SiGhz. More brownish discharge also. Hope everything will be okay. Really have to rest and not walk around too much.

Received some bad news from my buddy Joo. Her baby had a seizure. Her amino fluid level is lower now too. Luckily she went to the doctor. She had to do a C-section tomorrow. GoOd LuCk Joo!!

Granddad 53th birthday is on 16th Oct but we are celebrating today cos I'm starting work tomorrow. Sighz.

Also I went for my 4th injection today. Yet another painful jab. Got some pain on my side today and a little bit of dark red spot. Hope everything will be okay tomorrow.

14th Oct Tues Cloudy

Shawn and I can feel my baby kicking today. So comforting to know BB is okay.

Today I met up with my buddy Ting for lunch. Both of us unfortunately has no mood to eat. Sighz. Ting is a little down, she feeling giddy and has taken off from work. Poor Ting. Most likely due to lack of iron and sugar.

A little history about my best buddies. I have known them for a really long time. Since primary school. Ting, Joo and Bin whom will be my little BB godmothers.

Ting is currently about 17 weeks pregnant with my godson. If i didn't had my miscarriage. My 1st baby would be the same age as Ting's. Both of us actually has the same EDD. We were so excited over it. BUT... Ting had the same problem as me currently too.. Her husband is Kun has is the most caring. Very funny and nice guy. Almost prefect husband. Really fun to be around.

Joo is currently about 33 weeks pregnant but she has low amino fluid. Only about 1cm frm placenta to the head. She's due for C-section on 20th Oct. Her EDD was suppose to be 19 Nov which will make her little Stephanie a scorpion like me and bin. Sighz. What's most important now is everything will be smooth for Joo and my little goddaughter will be healthy. Joo's currently under lots of stress now due to a lot of reasons which i can't write down ..... I have a little surprise full moon present for Joo. He he..

Bin unfortunately is not pregnant which is good due to obvious reason. She not married and but hopes to get married and start a family soon. As soon as she and Sky find the perfect house. GOOD LUCK !!

Me, Ting and Joo actually has lots in Common both good and bad:
1. Eldest in the family
2. Have younger brother
3. Husband is the only son
4. Husband has older sister
5. Sister in law have children
6. Our Child will be the First internal Grandchild
7. Our child will be the first external Grandchild

Had really big bleeding at 11pm on 1st Oct. Rushed to Raffles hospital. Luckily baby was fine

Spotting again on 4th during work. Had a really painful injection.

I can feel my Baby moving !!

Today, I actually felt my baby kicking! I placed my hand on my tummy just out of curiosity and i felt my baby kicking. It's a light tub tub. I quickly ask shawn to try and he felt it too ! Wow! It's a really wonderful feeling.

Little Baby at 9 weeks

Visited my new doctor, A/Professor Mary Rauff. She was my sister in law's doctor. A/P Mary is an expert on pregnancy complications. It was a long drive to NUH from Sengkang. She was previously at Mount Elizabeth but moved to NUH.

I do not actually want to deliver at NUH, i prefer Raffles Hospital which was where my previous doctor was located. But well, i had no choice. Sighz. The good thing is NUH is a lot cheaper than Raffles hospital. But then again A/P Mary is a lot more expensive.

A/P Mary explained to me that the cause could be my baby's placenta was not strong enough that's why when i actually stand too long or walk around i start to bleed as the placenta detach slightly from the womb. She was pretty worried about my baby's size. The cure is to bed rest myself and take injections every 3 wed and sat. Which was pretty hard as i really afraid of the needle and also my Work. I'm in the retail line. Also, I took a test to check on my mental health and i'm under depression. I have to be really careful.

Luckily the ultrasound result was great. There is no blood clot. My baby is at a healthy 2.6cm and heart is beating great. And the best thing is little BB started to kick and move. I was crying tears of joy. Shawn tried to record it down but the baby feel asleep. Sobs.

10 weeks and a long way more to go

It's been a really long ride. Even though it's only been 10 weeks. It's full of ups and downs.

A little history: Just 2 months ago, on 5th August 2008, I lost my first baby at 7 weeks. I was totally devastated. The pregnancy was unexpected but it was a real joy to me and my husband when we finally accept it. Everything was smooth until i had my cramps at work on sat then on mon night i had spotting and on tues the baby was gone. It was a really depressing time for my husband and I but luckily we had the support of friends and family. Especially my 3 close friends.

3 weeks later I felt different and took a pregnancy test and it was positive ! But the road is long and hard. I had multiple spotting problems. Had to see the doctor almost every week to check. I either have brown spotting or red. Once i bleed a lot and had to rush to ER. Luckily the baby is fine. I'm on bed rest now till 15th. Had to take injection every 3 days. It's a lot better now. Brown spotting on and off still. I do fear going back to work as i'm afraid i will start bleeding again. Sighz. Just have to be really careful and rest well.
