A very Busy Day today. Started the rainy morning with a vist to Dr Teoh for Nigel's scheduled 2 years old check up and another dreaded injection, his flu jab. As usual, Nigel went into his "Shell" the moment we entered into Mt Elizabeth. We had a hard time trying to measure his height and weight as usual. He just refuses to cooperate at all, just want to bear hug me all the way. Best estimate, Height: 88cm, Weight: 11.8kg. Dr Teoh commented that his growth is good, above average.

So Far, Nigel's been making tremendous improvement. He has learnt to speak in short sentences. He can argue with us now. His fave word, thanks to Daddy Yang "NO NO NO NO!". He has become a lot more sociable now. Like today at the airport, he was attempting to play with a group of kids! That's so unlike him.

In the morning, We bought Nigel for his 6th month check up. Had his last Hep B jab and his Flu jab too. Nigel is finally 7kg !! And Nigel has a big head, Dr Teoh commented. Dr Teoh also advised us to continue with Stage 1's Goats' milk till Nigel is 1 yrs old as he doesn't need the extra protein since he will be on solids. And of cos, Dr Teoh gave us more samples of the cereals !! Hehe.. Spent: $105

We celebrated Nigel's Ye Ye aka Shawn's dad, 70th Birthday on the 4th of Nov. I gotten him an album with Nigel's photos in it. We went to the a nice teochew restaurant opp the Bedok's blk 85 market. I went there twice before to celebrate my granddad's birthday. Great food ! But Nigel was too cranky as usual so didn't really eat much. But he manage to calm down at the cake cutting. But suddenly started to cry again cos the music was too loud. But still, was a fruitful trip. Finally manage to get a family photo taken !!

Vaccination.. A Danger??

I was reading thru one of the blog entry by Kenny on Vaccinations. There was a Lil Boy, Ian who suffered a severe allergic reaction to Hep B vaccination and pass away. He's only 47 days old. Too young to have suffered so much pain.

Most parents are not informed of the danger and side effects of vaccinations. We just vaccinate our babies because we are told to by our PDs. But is it all necessary and are they too young? During my time, we only took the Hep B when we are in Mid Primary. We have to be tested if we are immune first before taking it. I was tested to be naturally immune so I do not have to take. It did dawn on me that Nigel might be immune too. But somehow It didn't occur to be to object to the vaccination and to do it once he's older and can be tested if he's immune. I just sort of go with the flow cos everyone is doing the same thing. I have to be more alert now and voice my opinion and not just go with the flow. Especially since Shawn and I have drug allergy too. Nigel might have inherit the allergy too. I really have to be more careful and alert from now on. Even though my PD is one of the best, but mistakes do happen. Nigel is my Lil Boy. I have to protect him.

07 May, Thrus. Will It Rain ??

Nigel is 39 weeks and 2 days already !! And he's still in my Tum Tum ! Why he doesn't wan to come out?? SobS. Still having contractions daily. Yesterday was pretty bad, 4 hrs straight, I thought maybe this is it. But slow down after 4 hrs. SighS. I really wan to PengZ.

Yesterday, went for my 39 weeks appt. Did a CTG, Nigel as usual, kicking like mad. He hates being monitored. I also request for an ultrasound to be done. Nigel is 3kg, his head is 34.3cm ! Alamak. How many stitches do I need? SoBs. His head is also pretty low now, so can really see his face. But can see his mouth moving. So Cute. He also had hiccups halfway thru the scan. Prof Mary also did an internal check, I'm 1.5cm dilated. She also stretch my cervix. It's one of the way to induce labour. It suppose to stimulate contractions within a few days. She did it last week also but nothing happen. SighS. Prof Mary still hope that I can deliver naturally. But if I dun deliver by May 12, I will definitely ask to be induce.

It's really troublesome to go hospital now due to the Swine Flu Scare. Have to take temperature, and wear face mask. Plus only one person is allowed to accompany me. Singapore has a few suspected cases. Hope it's all negative. Seems to be a bad year. Ecomony Downturn, plus this swine flu scare. Also my confinement Nanny is down with flu. Hope she recover in time also. This Nigel Boy really troublesome. I'm also down with flu. If he had came out at 37 weeks or last week, everything will be much easier !! Now his full moon celebration also got a big problem. It will clash with June holidays, will be hard to book chalet now. SighS.. One Problem after Another.. Don't Think I will be Able to celebrate Mother's day this year. SobS...

False AlArm AgAin !!

1st May, Labour Day !

Yesterday, woke up at 4am feeling little wet. I checked and there was a patch of wet spot. I thought might be leakage. I decided to monitor instead of waking Shawn up. Next day, there was still wet patches. I called Shawn and my mum. They told me to call labour ward. Called NUH at 3pm, the nurse advice me to come in to check. Shawn took time off and rushed back home. But somehow i got feeling that I will be sent back home.. Sighz. Shawn also got the same feeling. But anyhow, we decided to just go in and check to be sure. Also Nigel's movement count so far is less than 10.

At the hospital, due to the swine flu, it was really troublesome to check in. Normally, I will go thru ER and Shawn can accompany me up. Now Shawn had to go thru the visitor area. For me, I had to wear a mask while waiting for someone to wheel me up.

As usual, my doctor was not around to checked. Had to wait for the Doctor on Duty. Waited around half an hour. 2 doctors came in. Seems pretty inexperienced, of cos.. Wat to do. Govt hospital. She checked and told me it was just discharged and not leakage. She can't decided whether I'm 1 cm or 2 cm dilated. Anyhow, she called my doctor and was adviced to let me go home. Sighz.. I was hoping my doctor will come down. As least I can request to be induced. Another wasted trip !!

After the checked up, my pelvic area is really sore and painful. Can't sleep the whole night due to that. Kept going toilet too. Sighz.. I'm pretty fed with up Nigel. I know not his fault but really pekchek with him !!

Waiting Game ...

27th April, Mon, Finally it's less Humid !

Today is my 37 weeks 6 days Appt. Did another CTG scan. Nigel surprisely was pretty quiet during the scan. Prof Mary did an internal check, still 1cm dilated but Nigel is very low now. She's surprised that I haven't deliver yet ! I myself is surprised too. Prof Mary told me might have to induce if I still haven't deliver next week. That's the irony of the whole thing. Been trying to keep him inside me for 8 mths. Now it's time to come out, Nigel doesn't want to come out. Prof Mary advice me to go for walks and if the pain is unbearable to come in even if the contractions is not regular.

Been having contractions also since 6am in the morning. I'm still having contractions still. But the frequently is pretty far apart still. Called NUH labour ward, the midwife told me if I cannot tahan I can come in for epidural. And also since it's my 1st baby, it will take a pretty long time before I'm ready to deliver. So I decided to go for a walk, have a nice dinner and watch a movie at Vivo City. I'm Home now. Still having contractions but pretty far apart. So now it's all a waiting game..

Anyway a piece of bad news, there is flu outbreak related to Piggies at USA, only one day but affected thousands of people. Singapore might also be affected. Really make me worried abt Nigel. Wat if it's another SARS type of thing?

Frustrations ! 37 weeks Gynae Visit ......

21st April, Hot...

I have been having contractions all the time still. The pain is getting more intense. But yet, still nothing. Bleeding a little tiny bit on and off. Brown discharge also. My mum, dad, sis and Shawn all advice me to go for C-section. Safer if Nigel is out. Also will be a big relief for me. My family is all very worried as my kind of pain is not normal.

At the gynae visit, Prof Mary checked my cervix, only 1cm dilated despite all the contractions. And she doesn't encourage me to go for c-section. She will only perform the operation if the Baby is in distress ! But I'm in distress and soon because of it, Baby will be in distress !! And Shawn agree with her ! Plus there's nothing I can do about the contractions cos cannot take any medications. She says need to wait till contractions are more intense and closer then I can admit to labour ward. I told her mine normally start very intense, 5 mins apart more than one hour but will slowly become further. She says have to wait from 5 mins to 3 mins then admit myself. She thinks mine will be a long labour. And I have a feeling that I will be overdue and need to induce anyway !! Which I will rather opt for C-section than induction !!

I'm so upset that I cried all the way home ! and was still crying at home. And I feel like crying while typing this entry. If this goes on, I think I will get PNBs. Why do most women have smooth, normal pregnancy? And I have to suffer like this. Already lost one baby, went thru so much to keep Nigel safe and now, THIS !! I wonder what did I do in my past life ! The only good thing I can think of is the birth of Lil Niu Niu, if not for the little boy to distract me, I will be even more upset and depressed.... Niu Niu is really a lil miracle.

36 weeks Visit & Wondering....

15th April

Finally!! 36 weeks!! Safe Zone at last. Prof Rauff is finally back too !

Shawn and Moi went for 36 weeks Doctor's visit yesterday. I had a bit of bleeding today too. Nigel's head is lodged but not totally engaged yet. Everytime seems well. Also, I have to stop my medications. If he wants to see the Big Big World now, it's safe. I do want him to come asap as I will feel a lot more at ease with him in my arms than tummy. But yet, It will be better for him to stay in for another week. Also, with Lil Niu Niu arrival, I have to take care of both Niu Niu and Xuan Xuan. So have to endure another week at least.

Yesterday night, couldn't sleep as usual. I sat up on the bed wondering...
*How will Nigel announce his arrival to this Big Big World. With a Big Bang ? Or quietly?
*When will Nigel arrive? Will Nigel be overdue ? Can he come soon ??
*Is Nigel too comfy inside and doesn't wan to come out?
*Will Nigel be safe? Will he be healthy?
*Will I be a good Mum?
*Will I have enough Breast Milk?
*Will Nigel be happy?
*Will I be able to cope?
*Will I have time for him when I start work?

So many things to wonder about. Sighz...

I was awoken by Shawn on 11th April at 9am with a big Surprise ! My 8, turning 9 year old Xuan just gave birth to 2 Lil Boys! But the 1st born which was the bigger puppy was born dead. Leaving only his lil much smaller brother.

It's really a Big Surprise as I had been trying to mate Xuan since she was 2 years old. But nothing.. Plus she don't look pregnant at all !!! Sighz. I always wanted to have puppies from her. Now after giving up for 2 years. She have a Lil Boy! My Sis says he's Lil Nigel's guradian angel. I wanted to name him Xing, but my sis want that name for her Lil Buns. So I change it to Niu Niu aka Cow Cow cos he really look like one !

After all the surprise, the reality sets in. Xuan is too old to have a puppy. I was afraid of complications. One thing, normally there is 3 pups or more per litter. I was afraid that there might be a pup left in the womb and she's too tired to deliver the last puppy. Plus she's been panting a lot. Luckily Meiying and her hubby came over yesterday to check on her. She's fine. Just that she had engorment. Have to massage her. Panting is due to the heat. I have to slowly cut her fur away. Also Niu Niu is pretty fragile. So I'm worried too. Xuan so far have refuse to move from her bed. She has only pee twice since. Haven't poo yet. Plus she's having the Blues. Niu Niu cry, she will cry. Sighz. Xuan is too parniod. She doesn't seems to know wat Niu Niu wants. Also, Niu Niu is too fussy. He only wants to sleep at a certain position. The 1st 2 days is between Xuan's back legs. Now it's at an Angel of her back leg. Sighz.. Been waking up every few hours to position him correctly or Xuan and Him will just cry and cry. They are like helping me to practice for Nigel's Night Feeds !!

34 weeks At Last !

April Fools ! Hot Hot Hot !!

Finally Nigel is 34 weeks old. A big relief. At least if he wan to see big big world now, he will be safe. Had my check up on Monday. Cervix is still close. Nigel head is down lower. But still not engaged yet. Prof Mary is going on a 2 weeks leave !! Back only on 14th April !! Oh my !! What if Nigel decide to come out then?? I don't trust another doctor. I also asked her regarding water birth. She says I can go for it. She feels it's good for me too. A very good pain relief method. But need to get a doula. But it's pretty costly. So I'm still thinking abt it. Also waiting for the Doula to call me. I contacted Ginny from 4trimester.

I had a baking session today with my 2 sisters and cousin Dee. Before the session start, I had contractions, 4 mins apart! Shawn was worried, he was about to leave for work. I told him to go to work 1st, since my Brother in law is here, he can send me to hospital. But luckily, 2 hrs after taking my medicine, it stopped. Phew ! But tummy is still sore. Back to Baking, at first we thought will turn out bad as it's pretty watery, but was great in the end !

Nigel's 32 weeks landmark !!

18th March, SuNnY DaY

Today is Nigel's 32 weeks appointment or rather mine. He's 32 weeks and 1 days old today. Long wait as usual at the clinic. It's been a long long 11 weeks since I had any ultrasound done. I was pretty panicky for the past 11 weeks as I'm not sure whether my Little Boy is doing well. Shawn and I was pretty anxious. His not so little head is 8cm by 10cm ! I was wondering how am I going to deliver him !! At most my cervix will open to 10 cm !! Oh my... Maybe I should consider C-Section.. His weight is at 1.9++Kg. Wow ! Average weight is actually 1.7kg. I'm glad to know at he's doing well. All the durians I have eaten is not for nothing!!

Next appointment will be at 30/03. After that Prof Mary will be on one week holiday. I hope nothing happens within this one week !!

31 weeks and in NUH (AgAin)

10th March, Quite SuNnY

Little Nigel is 31 weeks Today. Another 6 weeks to go! Will I make it? I hope so. Nigel is very cute now. He will rest his back against my tummy. I will then pat pat him. He will actually sleep well after that and thru the night. Sometimes I got tired of patting, he will actually get angry and kick me !! Or if i tickle him instead, he will also kick kick me. So cute ! I think I'm spoiling him. I think after he's born, he would want to be pat pat then he will orr orr.

Had bad cramps today. Definitely not contractions as the cramps is always there. But sometimes the pain is pretty bad. I called the Clinic. Spoke to Rosalind. Prof Mary Rauff advice to lay on the bed as there is no much medications she can actually give me and to call back if it get worst. It did get worst. At 2pm, I called again. Rosalind told me to go straight to ER. I wonder why can't I just go to the clinic to check. I told her it's not contractions just cramps. But she says Prof Mary insist. So off Shawn and I went. As expected, I didn't dilate. Water bag was not broken. But I told the doctor on duty that I had clear liquid discharge for 3 days already. But the doctor on duty didn't check for leakage.. Sighz.. I was suspected to have gastric flu so they gave me injections for cramps and vomiting. Shawn was pretty pissed off actually. It would have been easy to just see Prof Mary. I got discharge at 530pm. I think the next time I have cramps I will just lay down and try to endure. Sighz.. Govt hospital service is really bad. Shawn was ask to go to pharmacy to collect my medicine. He got pissed off and scolded the nurse. Cos he thinks wat if I came in alone. Do I have to go down by myself to collect? He feel it's stupid. Having a Senior Consultant as my doctor really has pros and cons. The Cons is that she's too busy to give me attention, and will only come down when there is really an emergency. I think my next pregnancy, if all is well, I will go back to Dr Watt at Raffles hospital. The service at Raffles is a lot better and I'm paying the same price actually.

Pre-registration..WaterBirth

26 Feb, Rain rain go away....

Went for my check up today. Bad traffic jam on the way there. But luckily manage to reach in time. I waited for about half an hour today.

I did my pre-registration with lovely nurse, Rosalind. She went thru the charges with moi and Shawn. Saw pictures of the 4 bedder. It's a terrible place. It's like those old style kind of design. Like going there to die !! The chairs for visitors are those type schools in the past are using !! Then hubby cannot stay overnight. So decided to take 1 bedder. Difference in overall bill is nothing goes wrong *cross my fingers* will be $400. Anyway, i can downgrade before i admit if Nigel will be preterm. Then there's 2 types of labour ward. Normal one, and also deluxe with a nice bath tub for water birth !! Wow !! I always wanted to try water birth ! I'm surprise NUH have it and Prof Mary does it too ! I will discuss with her on the next appt about this.

Nigel is doing fine so far. His little head is down already. That explains all the funny movements. Prof Mary was so relief that I have finally hit 29 weeks. More or less in the safe zone. She feels I should have no problem hitting 37 weeks. I hope so too .... Next visit, will be on 18/03. I will get my ultrasound done plus CTG also. Next week onwards, have to monitor Nigel's movement over 12 hrs. Have to make sure there is 10 clusters of movement in 12 hrs. Otherwise have to call the hospital.

Shawn and Moi got a new Maid, thanks to my FIL. With the help of my Daddy, the search began on Mon at my Dad's fren's maid agency, Java Maids. It was pretty taxing to look for one since what i wan is different from wat my daddy wants. Finally, We manage to find one which we both like. Her name is Iswati. She's frm indo, 25 yrs old. She had 2 yrs experience in Jakarta, 9 mths in Singapore. She's a transfer maid. Meaning the previous employer decided to change maid. My Dad was pretty worried at first abt the reason why the previous employer decide to give her up. Upon enquiry, her previous employer blame her for the lost of his dog. But then again, he had 7 !! All husky !! Wow !! I think if she loses one of my doggies, my mum will be really happy ! The main reason Shawn and I decide to hire her cos of her experience with dogs. She also have experience with babies. Plus her English is also not too bad and she has a sense of humor. I'm hiring her more to look after my doggies than Nigel. My mum will be taking care of Nigel.

But before we can hire the maid, the Govt decided that new employers have to go thru some dumb, time online consuming test that cost $30. I took abt 2 hrs to finish it. A total waste of time and money. Also, Iswati salary is $350, no off day, the Govt gets another $260 ! Suppose to get a $90 discount for the levy cos got baby, but govt will only give u the discount after the baby is born ! DUH !

Iswati came yesterday. I'm pretty pleased with her. She's hardworking, not lazy at all. And the big surprise is my fussy Xiang Xiang love her immediately ! wow ! He wans her to carry him. He got jealous when she's petting Xuan. Bad news, She found ticks on Xiang. Good thing is she knows how to remove ticks frm him.

Another Bad news. I went to my MIL's place to celebrate her Birthday. I started having contractions again at 10am, abt 10 mins apart. Each one last abt 1 to 3 mins. Took another dosage of my medicine. At 1 am, still no effect. Called my doctor and she advice me to go down to NUH. The doctor did some test to check whether if I have preterm labour @ $200 ! Wow ! Luckily test was negative, cervix still close, still have, another 2 cm. But i have been leaking a bit of aminotic fluid also. Contractions stop at 5am. Sighz. Little Notti Nigel was as usual kicking the monitor at my tum tum thru the whole episode. Wonder how much it will cost ..

A & E

I got admitted to NUH today..Sobs...

I woke up around 7.30am with increased heartrate. My left side felt like there is lots of latic acid built up. Also had headaches on the left side. Vomitted a few times. And Shawn happily slept thru it all. At 8.45am, started to get contractions. About 15 mins per time. Took my medicine, contractions stop after 1 hr. Then a while later, started again but irregular. My dad took the car so had to wait till he's back at about 11 then went to NUH A&E.

On the way there the contractions went down. There was a huge crowd waiting at A&E. Luckily for my case, they wheel me direct to the labour ward. I was put on monitor for contractions and Nigel's heartrate. Given medications also every half hour. Contractions stop and cervix still closed. Nigel was very active thru the whole thing. He hated the monitor and kept kicking the monitor. The monitor was on loud speaker so you can actually hear him kicking and kicking. I went back home at about 3pm. I wonder how much it will cost me this time.. Sighz. They will send the bill to me...

26 week Gynae visit, Sleepless night ...

04 Feb, Rainy

Today's appointment is at 10.05am. Usually there will be a huge crowd and waiting time is around 1 hour. Surprisingly, Shawn and Moi only waited for 15 mins !! We were thinking whether to request for ultrasound cos want to know how heavy Nigel is. But decided to skip it and save $$. Now have to save $$ since I'm on hospitalisation leave. Only got basic pay, a pitiful $1400 before CPF....sobs... My commission is usually more than my basic. Back to the topic, Prof Rauff decided to stop my injections since I'm on bedrest. It's not good to take too much injections as my body will get use to it and it will not work anymore.

My contractions is better in a way. It's not as frequent. I had bad contractions on Sat and Sun, lasted about 1 hour. Mild contractions on Mon. Today I had mild contractions too. But my tummy was really sore after that. My morning sickness has come back. Seems worst than my 1st tri.

Little Nigel is really active today. Kicking and punching me whole day. Maybe that's why I'm feeling really sore. He just felt asleep only. Hope I can sleep well today. He's been waking up at 1am and kicking me thru the night. Also, I think he's on my bladder. I kept going toilet like every 15 mins! Yesterday night I manage to sleep only at 5am! The previous night at 4am. Also cos my gastric juice kept coming up my throat.

2nd Feb, Cloudy

Got my no. 16th injections today. Suppose to take last Friday but the clinic was closed. Today's injection is not so painful or maybe cos I'm use to it. My Poor Butts !!

Over the months, I have gotten a few cute socks and shoes for Nigel.. Some Online, some at flea markets.

I got the 2 pairs of Fox shoes at $4 each at East Coast flea market. There's flea market there every weekend. Quite a few stores selling second hand baby stuff. I gotten quite a few branded clothes from there at $2 each. No point getting first hand since baby grow really fast








Got this 2 pair of socks online at US$1 each. Very cute. The toys are rattles also. I think it's very entertaining for Nigel. I also gotten 2 pairs for my darling goddaughter for christmas. Of cos I didn't forget my godson. I got a nice romper for him which says " if I'm not sleeping, nobody sleeps!"









These 2 are pretty expensive. The cute rabbits shoes i got them online, is about US$20. The knitted shoes is from plaza sing S$25. They are too cute to resist.

Preterm Labour ! To take or Don't take No Pay Leave??

21st Jan SuNny

Another visit to A/Prof Mary Rauff today. I have lost 2 kg in 1 weeks due to my fever and flu. A/Prof Mary Rauff advice me to take off from work to stay at home as my condition would not improve, in fact if I push myself too hard I might end up having preterm labour. So bed rest will be the best option for me. Sighz.. How now??

She gave me another 3 days MC and ask me to seriously consider. She explain that normally cramps will only start around 30 weeks but mine seems much earlier and the cramps will actually increase. My condition is similar to someone who is having twins now. She's giving me Proluton injections weekly plus Salbutamol to take 3 times a day. But Salbutamol which suppose to help with cramps, unfortunately has very bad side effect on me. I had bad episodes where I have difficultly breathing and my heartrate goes up to 100 plus per min. So now I'm on a another medicine, Nifedipine. Side effect dizziness and my blood pressure will go down. If I have headaches or bad water retention I have to see her immediately. But A/Prof Mary says my body will get use to the medications and soon it will not work. Then I can't prevent the worst.

I posted my condition on Singapore Motherhood forum. The mothers there advice me to bedrest. There is a mum with similar condition. Her baby was delivered at 29 weeks. I'm really afraid as Nigel is only 24 weeks now. I initially hope I can pull thru to at least 36 weeks. There is another mum also, baby delivered at 24 weeks. Had to stay in the hospital for 6 months! Wow ! Can't imagine the bills! She told me some parents have to sell their flat to pay the hospitals.

On bright side, I have sign up with stemcord to store little Nigel's cord blood. I collected the kit today. I hope everything will go well as there is a min amt they have to collection plus if there is any fungal infection, they have to discard the blood. Also, little Nigel kicks are getting stronger, when he kicks you can actually see a little lump on my tummy. So Cute !!

I'm down with slight fever, body aches, cough and flu. It really feel a lot worst when u are pregnant plus having cramps. Tummy and chest feel really painful when i cough. I struggled to get to Raffles to get my weekly injection, today is no. 15. Wonder will I hit no. 30??

I went home to take a nap after that. Felt worst when i woke up, aching all over plus tummy is sore. Luckily the cramps is not so bad today, maybe due to the injection. But I had really Dark brown spotting. Wonder if it's due to the cough? I'm taking cough medicine now. No choice since I think coughing will be worst for Nigel. Poor Nigel, he must been thinking got earthquake inside. My poor baby. Hope I will get well soon.

On the brighter side. We were thinking of donating or keeping Nigel's cord blood for sometime. Donation is totally free, and can save lives, so it's like getting good karma for Nigel. But after weighting all the pros and cons. Shawn and I decided to keep Nigel's cord blood since there is history of Leukaemia at Shawn's side. Shawn's side has a very colourful history of all kinds of disease so we felt safer to keep. Plus cord blood can be use to cure a lot of disease now and more in future. Better safe than sorry. We will be keep with Stemcord. Registration fees is now at promomtion price of $600 suppose to be $1500 which can be paid using the baby bonus and cash gift, kindly given by our dear beloved government. Yearly will be $250. We will be meeting with the Stemcord Staff at my next appt with A/P Mary Rauff on the 21st. But the scary thing is they will need 2 vials of blood from moi after delivery.. Sobs.. Scary..

Pain Chart..

Shawn and moi went to A/P Mary Rauff yesterday cos I got cramps for the past 3 days. A/P Mary says my womb is too hard. If the womb is too hard which means it's very stretch which will cause contractions and cramps actually. I have a make a "pain" chart. I have to write down what time i took the medicine and when the cramps start and stop so she can adjust my dosage. I have to go back next wed to see her again.

Little Nigel is pretty notti yesterday night. I was trying to sleep but he kept kicking. Shawn tried to coax him to see but he refused to. Finally after half an hour he finally stop.

Wanted to go for my injection at Raffles today but the clinic was close. Sighz. Wasted trip... Going again tomolo...
